1. No Refunds Once Work Has Commenced
Once work has begun on any financial or tax-related services, no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to consultations, document preparation, tax filings, and strategic planning. Our team dedicates time and resources to ensure optimal results, and therefore, once work is initiated, the service is considered delivered.
2. Invoices as Binding Agreements
All paid invoices between the client and Upscale Tax Professionals serve as binding agreements. By paying the invoice, the client acknowledges and agrees to the scope of services outlined in the invoice. This includes a mutual commitment to the agreed-upon services and expectations.
3. Service Changes & Additional Fees
If any changes are made to the scope of services, additional fees may apply based on the adjusted time, resources, or expertise required. If the invoice specifies hours of work, those hours will be adhered to. Any work exceeding the allotted hours due to scope changes will incur additional hourly fees, and the client will be notified.
